Hello!

My FH is wearing a medium gray suit with white shirt, brown belt and brown shoes. The bridesmaid dresses are Azazie dusty sage green & the groomsmen will wear sage green neck ties. What color tie should the groom wear? He wants to wear a bow tie. He wanted black, but I told him he can’t wear a black tie with brown accessories. Also, the wedding is outdoors and just semi-formal!

He can wear a sage bow tie or a darker tone of sage to match his groomsman 😀 I've also seen a groom wear a white bow tie and it looked really good.

I think white to match your dress would be pretty. In fact, it was suggested by our consultant when we were getting tuxes for our wedding. It is a nude way for him to stand out as a groom and also coordinate with you.

You could also incorporate another color! Are you using any other hues for your wedding décor??
A navy tie, a dark green tie, or a blush pink / terracotta tie would look really nice!! 👔
I'd just find a nice complimentary color like some of the shades in these wedding color palette suggestions:
