I got my groom one and he did too for me. We gave to each other during rehearsal dinner

View Quoted Comment I took him out for a day at the zoo and a private otter encounter then we went to his favorite place for dinner. All day whatever he wanted I said yes to (even if it meant pizza twice !! 🤣) I got us matching His/Her Otter Half shirts and he leaned into the cheese and really enjoyed himself. Definitely worth it to spoil your FH!!

I had had a custom portrait done of us as his fav tv show character and got a few other small things day of - surprise grooms cake, his fav bottle of alcohol, a custom passport holder, custom cuff links and some nice socks.

We did! I gave my husband a personalized bible & a new hunting rifle, and he gave me a fox fur lined leather jacket! We wrote letters to each other as well.

I didn’t know it was a thing to give the groom a gift until I started wedding planning lol. I’m not planning on giving him anything for the wedding since his birthday is two days before the wedding, and for his bday I’m getting him a pair of Oakley sunglasses for his work and an Apple Watch.

My parents had gifted my Hubs a bottle of cologne a few christmases back. He had been out of it for a while and wouldnt buy it himself. So I bought him a big ole bottle of it as his gift.

I am, and I'm so excited that I can spill the details to people who won't accidentally tell him haha. We're getting married at a distillery, so I got him a few related things to give him when we pass out gifts for the wedding party. First, I made him a hand turned pen from a barrel stave from the distillery. It's something he'll use, and we can both use it to sign the marriage certificate. But the big surprise is a bottle of this year's super rare bourbon. They do one release of a special blend every year, and typically you have to go to the distillery early and stand in line to get your hands on a bottle. This year their experimentation went wrong, and they only ended up with 120 bottles that all went into a state lottery system. I kind of had my heart set on getting him a bottle so I was prepared to pay a stupid amount on the second hand market, but ended up beating the odds (I literally had a 1.3% chance) and won the right to purchase a bottle. There's no way he'd guess I got a bottle, and I'm super excited to give it to him. =]

We're doing gift exchanges for each other! I'm still deciding on what to get FH, though. We're both huge Alabama football & Braves baseball fans. I've been thinking about getting him something signed by Chipper Jones for his present but am still trying to find something I really like (that's also not crazy expensive)!

Yes! I’m getting him a custom bench with our name engraved on it. I want everyone to sign it for our guest book. The first picture is an inspiration and the second is what our engraved looks like. I’m sooo excited to see it in person and also see my fiancé’s face when he sees it!
