I love my sister but she has this brownie pan that makes only edge brownies. She made some last night and I was disgusted lol. But she loved them and we have been at war since child hood.

    I prefer the edge by a slim margin. I am never disgusted by any part of the brownie.

    Middle!! The gooier the better! My fh, would say edge, he likes burnt food for some reason. Every single time he orders a steak and they ask how to cook it he says burnt. Lol
