Due to the fact that my mom, dad, and brother have all passed away I am being walked down the aisle by my 81 year old grandma. She was in an accident when she was 21 and was told she would never walk again. She proved them wrong and walks with a walker! My question for all of you is do you know where I can find a special outfit for her to wear that is a pant suit?

Try Macy's or Dillard's - and this is the best time with formal wear being popular! David's might also have some - I think I've seen it on their website.

We used to shop at Macy's and JC Penny for my grandma's pant suits. I know we've gotten a few that were for special ocassions there and my Gram really loved them.

Finding an elegant pant suit for my grandmother for the wedding was a NIGHTMARE. It didn't help that my grandmother has additional clothing "preferences." She's in her 90's so my take is that if she wants a pant suit (with an unstructured/stretchy waist, sleeves, no cleavage), she can have it.

Finding it was another story... but we eventually tracked down some options at Macy's and Dillard's. It is highly likely that you will need to order online and return what you don't need (to the store or online) as the in-store stock for evening separates/suits is very limited.

Alex Evenings makes separates and are available at Dillards and Macy's.
Dillards also carries and Ignite Evenings. Macy's has some items bu Onyx.

We went with Alex Evenings chiffon pants and a pretty top/jacket combo.
