Grandma Flower girls

I've never heard of this, but it's your wedding so do what makes your heart happy.

I've seen at least one other bride on here have her grandma be her flower girl. I think it is sweet.

I love the pictures of this! They are so cute. Maybe a nice card and bouquet of flowers?

We are doing this! We are having 1 of each of our grandma's in place of flower girl and we aren't doing a ring bearer. We just gave them a call because they live a ways away. But one of them also just lost her husband this year so we are going to give her a locket with a picture of her wedding day as her wedding gift.

I really love this idea !!! I am an older bride and both my Grandma's have passed away but I would have loved to do this! Have fun with it!

I personally dislike this idea. It always looks very infantilizing in my eyes

I think honoring her is the way to go. I guess each person has to decide how to do that.

This is so cute! And what a way to cheer her up. Love the bouquet idea, particularly because right now is such a good season for fresh flowers, as we're coming out of the winter months and everything is starting to bloom.
