Gown Preservation

I had my gown cleaned and preserved through Happily Ever After Gown Preservation. It is the same company that the knot uses. I found that if you go through them directly you can have two accessories cleaned and preserved at the same price as just the gown through the knot. I think I paid about $200. It was really easy and they did a great job. They sent pictures of their progress along the way, which was really nice.

There is also the wedding gown preservation co out of NY. My salon where I got my dress works with them but I am finding they're overcharging me and only giving me $25 off. The website prices are actually less than through my salon. I will check out happily ever after though too!

PS I would also look into the amount in which they insure your package for. So if your dress was $1,000 or less then happily ever after has that as their base price but mine was closer to $2,000 so I think I'll go with the other company unless I find another.
