Got a dress in such short amount of time, mom hates it....

Got a dress in 20-30 days before the wedding. It’s not a bridal lace type dress that I see everyone posting on here. It’s bridal but tight and a slit on the side. It’s a thick stretch material and white. I find it beautiful even though it wasn’t a gown like I see everywhere. Mother in law and sis in law love it they think I’m beautiful and I think so too! But my mom absolutely hates it and doesn’t want me to wear it... I fight with her all the time. And she said that we’ll go look for a gown 7 days before the wedding... so she can buy it since I don’t have money anymore for it since I spent it on paying for shoes, and decorations since I love my dress and decided to wear it because looks beautiful to me.


7 days before the wedding she wants to go look for another bridal Lace one, which I’ll wear it if I love it and want it, other than that, I’m not getting anything she wants. I keep telling her the options in dresses are less especially a week before the wedding... but she doesn’t understand that. I would’ve love a gown if I had time/didn’t procrastinate waiting for her to go... but either way I love my dress, if I get a new one. I won’t throw the one I bought away.. I’ll wear it as a second dress for the reception
