Goodbye, +azazie review

Hi ladies and gents
I wasn’t incredibly active on here while planning my wedding, but now, I am no longer planning it. After finally coming to terms with the fact that a beautiful wedding and the title of husband and wife would NOT change the that he is an abusive alcoholic, I broke up with him. Things have been crazy and sad and scary, but I know it was the right thing to do, and I’m glad I had the strength (and the support) do do it BEFORE we said I do.
That being said, I have to take a minute to talk up Azazie the online wedding dress site. They were amazing throughout ordering my dress, customer support was super helpful, made changes with no penalty to me when I made mistakes and were just great. After I broke it off with my fiancé I began calling around to cancel all of the vendors, a little part of me hoped I might be able to get a bit of a refund for the things I paid for: the venue, photographer, dj, etc, no one was able to refund anything (I totally get it, I know I was in a contact with them and I was not really expecting anything) I called Azazie because I hoped they could take the dress back, seeing in my closet was heart breaking. It was so beautiful and I wished I had the chance to wear it, but seeing it everyday was too sad. I hoped they could possibly use it as a sample size or something. Well not only did they agree to to take it back, but they also gave me a FULL REFUND. I was well beyond the return date and they had no reason to do it, but they did, and they were kind to me and wished me well, which really means a lot. I was so happy with their service in the beginning and their product was great, but they went far above and beyond what I had hoped for and I love them for it. I had to come here and talk them up a little bit, if you are wondering if you should give them a try I say DO IT! The service is amazing and the dresses are high quality and affordable

I also want to wish all of you lovely brides and grooms the best with your planning, thank you for the great ideas, tips, help and the fun times 😊

It takes a lot of strength to walk away from something like that. I don't know you. But I'm proud of you, and I wish you the best.

Good for you. I'm happy too see you were able to get a refund from at least 1 thing you purchased. I'm sorry the relationship was abusive but glad you found the strength to walk out!
Blessings to you on your future!

I’ve been in your shoes (minus the alcoholic part) and it was one of the hardest things I’ve ever had to do. A few months after calling off the wedding, I realized it was the BEST thing to ever happen to me! I know it’s tough now, but please hear me when I say you will come out of this situation a happier, stronger person! Best wishes to you!

I am so sorry that you are going through this really tough time in your life, but I just wanted to say that I am proud of you. It takes an extreme amount of courage and grace to not only admit when a relationship is toxic, but to make the very difficult decision to take the course of action that is best and healthiest for yourself. I wish you the absolute best! Also, thanks for letting us know about Azazie!

In the future, you will look back and think to yourself "Thank God I didn't stay with him." He will look back and think "My God, I lost the most amazing woman." True love and happiness will be your reward for having a good soul. Loneliness and regret will be the price he pays for harming someone who has a good soul.

We will see you again in the future when your true love asks you to marry him.

So proud of you! What you did takes so much strength. I know what you are going through as I called off a wedding three weeks before once too because he was abusive. You will be so much stronger from this and look back and realize that you made the best decision.

Also thank you for sharing the Azazie love! That was really amazing of them and goes above and beyond what they need to do as a business. So happy they were able to help with not only a refund but some relief and peace of mind. Smiley heart

I'm so sorry you are going through this!! Thanks for the recommendation of Azazie. I was leaning towards them anyway, but your comments just solidified that for me.

You are strong and very brave for facing such a hard decision. Best wishes to you!!!
