Glowstick Exit

I have the same worry! I thought about doing a ribbon exit.. ive not seen a glow stick exit though! That sounds cute!

Hi Alexa! I think a glow stick send-off is such a cool idea! I haven't personally seen it done before but I found two great pictures of it, thought I'd share for some inspiration!

Agree - every time I see a posting here about a sparkler exit, i worry about people getting burned! I could never do that. I'm not doing an exit nor have I seen one! Good luck with yours though. I am sure glow sticks would look great in pictures!

Do you have your photographer booked yet? You may talk with them about if they've done one before. I had a friend do the glow stick thing and they had to redo it a few times to get a good shot because people were just flailing them around, but I'm not sure if that's a typical issue or not.

I'll be doing a sparkler exit but that's because the sparklers lead to the fireworks. I'm just hoping that if a parent chooses to give their child a sparkler, they pay attention to them and don't let them walk around and burn people with it (or me haha).

I just went to a wedding that did a glow stick exit. It was so cute, but I didn't take any pictures. At another wedding I did see someone get burned during a sparkler exit so that's not something I would suggest. Team glow stick!

I just saw this when I searched glow stick wedding exit on Pinterest. This was unique with a glow stick archway made by the guests! Really cool!

We’re doing glow sticks not to send us off because we will be there until the end but to light up the dance floor. We thought it would be cool for pictures. They are all Blue to match our wedding colors which is Sliver (Grey), Royal Blue & white.

My reception venue doesn’t allow sparklers, so as my exit I was thinking of doing glow sticks also! I think it would look way cooler with all the different colors!!

I think this is an awesome idea--even if it's not a send off and just to having dancing. FH nixted this idea because he was worried people would throw them into the water
