Glassware for bar

Allie, on March 14, 2019 at 10:14 AM Posted in Wedding Reception 0 5

So we recently found out we will have to provide the glassware for the bar. And it also has to be plastic because there is a waterfall at the venue and they don't want broken glass in it. We will be serving bottled beer, wine, champagne, and one signature cocktail. Any suggestions on where to buy, how much to buy? We will have about 75 drinking age guests for a 3.5 hour reception. I was thinking 300 wine glasses, 200 champagne flutes, and 200 of some cup for the signature drink since they have to be disposable. Any help is appreciated.

**Also something recyclable is preferred.**

Try Costco, they tend to have pretty nice plastic ware and usually in bulk

Sam's/Costco - Amazon may have some, but I found Sam's/Costco was about the same price. I'm not sure about the wine glasses and champagne as I didn't look for those when I was checking out prices.

I got mine from Costco and Amazon. I’m getting some of the “used” on amazon. Not used obviously just returned. The package was fine and saved several dollars.
