Gifts for a young usher?

Lauren, on June 25, 2018 at 10:31 AM Posted in Etiquette and Advice 0 4

Hi! I have a 15 year old cousin that's helping with the ushering at my wedding, but I'm not sure what to get him. I was thinking of maybe a gift card to a video game store, but I also don't want to have him feel left out if I'm getting other people more personalized gifts. Any ideas?

Do you know what he's into? Ask him and then go from there.

On the other hand, I don't know any 15 year old boy who would turn down a gift card for video games.

If that's what he's into, it IS more personalized. UO maybe but I LOVE getting gift cards! I'd so much rather pick something out for myself. If you want to get him a game, let him pick it because 100% you'd get it wrong if you tried to, right?

Hi Lauren!! Welcome to the WeddingWire community Smiley ring Is he a big video game kid? If so, I think this is a great gift!! This way he can go and pick out whatever game he wants! It's hard to get gifts for kids that age, but I think that's perfect!

Hi!! And thank you!! I decided to get not only my 15 year old cousin but also my two younger cousins (both 13) video game cards as well!
