I used the gift tracker for my wedding on June 23rd and now, when I go to write thank yous, it seems to be gone. Did it move or did I just lose the only list of gifts that I had?????????

If it was the gift tracker on here, yes. They updated, they changed quite a bit

Welp... Imma start bawling now... We had kept the cards with the gifts written on them, but they were lost due to unforeseeable circumstances, so this was the only list I had.

There was a post on here about this a few days ago and it seems they eliminated that feature. The WW mods said emails were sent to users letting them know that feature was being removed. I’m sorry that you’ve lost your list and your cards!

Hi Miranda! We sent several email notifications about the removal of this tool, and began notifying users on May 15th. I just double-checked our email send list for your email address specifically and can see that you were sent the notification, which told users to export all of their gift and invitation tracking data by May 28th.

I recommend checking with the retailers you had registries with to see if they have any saved information!

I never got one of those emails, and my wedding was June 15. I was still using it after that! WTF this is completely unacceptable. Why not, IDK, put in an info bar ON THE FUCKIN APP to tell people its going away? so fuckin ridic and from the looks of this forum, theres hundreds of people who didn't see your bullshit emails and now are having a significant issue
Also, why update something like that right in the middle of fuckin wedding season? really?

Hi there! I've just triple-checked our email send list and your email address used for this WeddingWire account was included. We sent the first email notification on 5/15/18 warning you about the upcoming changes and detailing the exact steps to take to export and save your information before the tool was removed.

Worst idea ever to remove that - it was a tool I still use 6 years later. I literally just used it as a selling point to a friend that just got engaged and then today needed to use it because one of our gifts just broke and needed to reference who bought it for us and see if we can get a replacement. #fail
