Gift to parents

I am leaning towards a personalized handkerchief for my dad, because he's super old school and always has one in his pocket. I have no clue for my mom, though!

I got a handkerchief for my mom, a bracelet for my mother in law. I haven't decided on dads gifts yet. Check etsy, though

I am getting my dad and his wife a sign for the house and a bottle of whine. I am letting my fiancé do his parents but I think he was going to do a picture frame.

We’re mostly paying for the wedding ourselves, but we’ve gotten a little help. I wanted to do gifts anyway bc it’s nice. I’m doing personalized lockets for my mom, stepmom, fmil, and grandmother, a watch for my dad and whiskey glasses for my stepdad and ffil.

We just got our parents nice wedding albums after the wedding.

I’m getting my mom a handkerchief since she gets very emotional and maybe some jewelry i also I plan to give my MIL some jewelry and both some get ready with us robes and my FH will think of something for the guys

I’m thinking about doing a personalized compact mirror or locket for mom... personalized tie clip or cuff links OR money clip for dad.

I’ll pribably gift them a wedding album. My partner and I are paying for the wedding entirely ourselves.

I'm giving my dad cufflinks that I found on amazon that basically say I'm still his little girl and that I love him. I'm giving my mom and FMIL bracelets that my mom's says that he promises to take care of me, and his moms says thank you for raising the man of my dreams. We're giving his grandpa cufflinks also, and we're giving our grandmothers necklaces. probably. That or we will find bracelets for them.

We plan to gift eachother's parents. Meaning, I will give his parents gifts, and he will give my parents gifts. Don't know what we are gifting yet, but it will be something sentimental that suits their personalities. You can't go wrong with something sentimental...it'll mean the most to them!

I did personalized ties for my dad and stepdad and a personalized clutch for my mom. See photos below. I was very happy with them and tears were deff shed!

Similar situation! I embroider, so I’m doing framed pieces for both sets of parents that will be personally significant to them. And then probably photo albums after the wedding, again personalized to each family.

Were gifting each set of parents a generous gift certificate for a nice steakhouse then well also make them custom wedding albums.

I think I will do wedding pictures in an album for both sets of parents. They are both helping paying some and I know they want pictures so it's a win win! Maybe I'll get one blown up and framed of all of us also

I’m doing a box for my mom - and one for my dad/stepmom. They are similar to the Attendants Proposal Boxes, and will have some “Harry Potter” stuff- some for wedding( cufflinks for my dad & different button/pins for all of them) and some that’s just cute, usable stuff for them, and some little cute stuff..

A lot of people will do a handkerchief for the parents with a poem, or something meaningful. Necklace and cufflinks, photo album of infancy to Engagement and a spot for wedding day w/parent pix at the end( I will try and do this but not sure I can..)... A beer mug engraved for dad. a vase engraved for mom....

We are gifting both sets of our parents a customized photo album from our photographer. FH's parents are covering some or maybe all of our honeymoon cost, so we may buy them something special while we are there.

We aren't doing gifts for each one of them because we feel like they wouldn't use the typical gifts like handkerchiefs or bracelets. I'm also not very close with my dad so I didn't want to do any sentimental gifts.
