  If you know your planner well I can see a gift being a good choice. If you have a purely business relationship cash is always a great gift

  We had a venue coordinator and we really got to know her so we gave her a thank you card with a gift and money. I couldn’t have done it without her.

  I think that everyone appreciates a cash gift unless you know your wedding planner incredibly well. A thank you card is also very thoughtful to show how appreciative you are of all their hard work.
