Getting ring bearers down the aisle

Shannon, on September 26, 2019 at 7:11 PM Posted in Wedding Ceremony 0 4
Hi!

My son and nephew are 2 and they're going to be rinh bearers for us. I'm not worried if they aren't able to walk down the aisle in the end. But I'm wondering if anyone used a trick that worked for you to get younger kids down the aisle 😆.

My son is 2 and will be our ring bearer. I’m having the flower girl walk with him to guide him. She’s 4, and he has the biggest crush on her, so him following her around won’t be a problem lol

I'm having my son (hes 1) walk with my mom. We arent having parents walk, so she won't be left out of the parent procession. Hes very attached to her, so it works out well.

Like other PPs said, you can have someone walk with them or have someone at least near the other end where they know to walk at least towards them

I'm having my sister (Maid of honor) walk with my 18 month old son (ring bearer), who he is very familiar with.
