Getting ready shirts 1

Suggestions needed! I'm planning to get tanks like this for my bridal party for getting ready. Theirs will say but first wine. My daughters are also part of my bridal party as jr. Bridesmaids. Ages 12 and 14. I obviously cant have theirs say but first wine. Suggestions on what to put on theirs. Would prefer theirs to say "but first" something too...but what?

Do they drink Starbucks?? It would be cute to have it say: but first, Starbucks. Kind of like 'but first, coffee' but since they're younger, Starbucks could work and I know it's 'trendy' with that age group lol.

Isn’t a button up or robe easier to change into the dress? I remember doing my hair and forgot that I still wear my tshirt, and I had to fix my hair quite a bit after I change. Or is it just me?

It probably would be but I'm just not all about the robes and button ups. It just seems like every getting ready photos are those lol I'm going with a flowy tank instead of fitted with hopes it will be easier to get off and I'm not having a huge updo. A half pulled back half down look. So maybe it wont be so bad.

I was going to say the same thing. I’d be very disappointed to spend lots of money on my hair and makeup to have to ruined or needing fixing after getting changed. Button up are the way to go when getting your hair done.

A tank will have to be stretched or cut down the front to keep from messing up hair/makeup before changing into dresses. That is why button ups or anything that doesn't go over the head is suggested.

Excellent idea to have fun phrases that are not wedding related so they will keep them.

I get everyones concern about hair and makeup. That was an initial thought of mine as well but then I thought, I can definitely take a tank top off on any normal day without touching my face or hair with it, especially if it's not form fitting. We wont be speed undressing lol and there will be plenty of hands available to help.

But first, makeovers! Since they'll be getting dolled up?
