Getting ready outfits

I need to make a decision about getting ready outfits for the mother of the bride and mother of the groom for my wedding. I got matching PJs for my bridesmaids, but didn’t get them for either mom as I didn’t think they’d wear them again like my girls would. Do I get them robes so their not left out, or leave it alone since I didn’t single out one of them over the other?

Robes can be tricky for modest people as they can fall open at the top and bottom. I would forego buying something new as your mother and mother-in-law are not in those wedding party pics on the bed, etc. If you still want to get them something practical and pretty, I would get a simple button-down top in your wedding color. No written words. Make it *optional as grown, older women may decline and opt for something they're more comfortable.
