Getting Ready Attire

I will be buying robes for all of my bridesmaids!

I purchased robes for my bridesmaids, though am trying to decide whether to return them and choose something different. We're getting ready at the venue instead of the hotel, so I don't think pajamas would be the best for us, but not sure what other options are out there.

Besides robes and pajama sets, I have seen cute sleep shirts that you can customize on Etsy. Not sure what your style is, but that is another option to explore!

Me too! I looked at robes and pj sets but since we are getting ready at the venue I just couldn't find any that seemed appropriate. So this was my compromise!

We are also getting ready at our venue, so I didn't want to do a pajama set. I had bought robes (that somewhat match the bridesmaids dress color) and figured everyone can wear whatever they want under them, but I'm trying to decide whether to return them in favor of something else. I would totally steal your idea of flannel shirts, but my wedding will be at the end of July, so I think it will be too warm for us to wear those lol! The shirts in the link that Shelly sent seem like a great option too, so I'm going to look into those.

Ours aren't in our wedding colors as our colors are burnt orange and a deep yellow and rusty red (we are fully embracing fall), so I just went with traditional red and black flannels for the bridesmaids then mine is black and white! Our wedding is at the end of November so a flannel is perfect!

My girls wore silk pajama sets with their initials monogrammed on the front pocket. Not the most unique, but definitely a classic look!

That's what I'm planning on doing as well, but with cotton pjs! I personally love the classic look!

Floral silk robes and slippers for my September wedding. My sister did flannel and Ugg-like slides for her December wedding last year.
