Getting married today!

Welll today is our 6 year anniversary and we decided to get married in our backyard. Just us and our mothers. We will still have a big wedding next June but since we got jipped with the Covid, we just want to be married already! I told my sister it was happening and she wasn’t too thrilled I guess. I told her that this is what my fiancé and I wanted but I’m quite the over thinker and a people pleaser so I feel terrible even though I’ll be married in about 4 hours!! Should I feel bad or you can kinda see both sides of this??

Don't feel bad at all! It's your day, you should do what you and your fiance want, not what everyone else wants. I can understand your sister being disappointed that she doesn't get to be there today, but it's your decision on who attends today. If you wanted to find a way to include her, you could always call her on video chat during your ceremony so she could see the ceremony? Congratulations, and happy anniversary!
