Getaway Car lol

Taylor , on April 24, 2018 at 1:47 AM Posted in Wedding Reception 0 6
How are you departing your wedding reception?

My ceremony and reception are both in the same location so we won’t be doing a limousine or anything before hand. But I have no idea what exactly we could leave in? Do I just get into our own car? Lol

I think we will be staying at the hotel literally right around the corner. Is it even worth renting a car to leave in?

My friend is having her Dad take us from the reception in his 57 Chev show car! Great for photos and free!

We have a trolley for a guest shuttle. At the end of the night after shuttling guests back to hotels, they will come back to pick us up with our bridal party and families. There is karaoke on the trolley to keep the party going on the way back.

Can you just walk? Are you having booze? If so I don't recommend driving. I always wonder how people drive off from their reception...

We are in a downtown are and will uber black or SUV with some friends to an after party or back to the hotel that's a mile away.

There was a hotel offering an awesome group rate that was 2 minutes from the venue - so we will probably be stumbling up to our room after the reception.

We may end up bar hopping with a couple people that want to keep the party going, and if so, Uber it is!
