Hi! I’m getting married this summer and looking to get my bridesmaids something to wear to get ready in. I don’t want to do Pjs or robes but looking potentially to do maybe a quarter zip with matching shorts? Wondering if anyone who has taken this route was happy with it or regretted it?

I would appreciate any feedback!!

I bought lightweight hoodies for my bridesmaids! They each got to pick the color of their hoodie and whatever saying(s) or designs they wanted on the front/back/arms/etc. I didn't require that they wear them for getting ready, but all of them chose to. They were perfect for summer, and looked super cute!

I wouldn’t do anything that has to go over the head after hair and makeup. Full zip, tie front, or button down is more practical, IMO.

The practical purpose of the robes is that they can be worn while doing hair and makeup and then removed without touching it. So I think quarter-zip is a bad idea, but full-zip hoodies would be cute.
