I just received a thank you note from a wedding I attended with a generic thank you poem that they copy and pasted on everyone’s card. As someone who spent hours writing personalized thank you notes after my shower and wedding, I am curious...is this rude or acceptable?

We have received this type of "thank you" card from several couples. I do find it very rude, but I do not expect people to do things the way I do them.
