I just have to say that this company is wonderful. My darling FH ordered his suit before everyone else and didn’t put in the promo code for a free rental and ended up having to pay the $200+ for his suit.
I messaged them today to see if we could retroactively put the code on and they said as soon as all five of the other guys check out to message them back and they will refund the price of the groom rental!
I definitely took a screen shot of the conversation just in case someone tries to tell me otherwise, but I was super impressed with the customer service and how easy it was for everyone to get their suits ordered.
Highly recommend.
