Generation Tux / The Black Tux Issues

Yikes! Them and Menguin are both companies we were wanting to work with for our wedding! Def. will have to go through all of their current reviews now!

If you're still wanting to use them, I'd suggest combing through all of their details and policies regarding suit fit and order issues!

We used GenTux and they were great! The suits didn't all fit with the first round, but all you have to do is call them up and they will send you a different size. We did a promo where my DH got to keep his suit because we had 7 rentals, so now he has a nice suit to keep. We changed the entire color of our fathers' suits the week of the wedding and that was no problem (I would say don't do Navy, they have this weird top stitching). I thought their customer service was really good and the suits looked great.

We've actually ordered with Black Tux and now waiting for delivery. Hopefully things work out.

My fiance was a groomsman in December 2020 and had a similar experience! Though the suit was ill-fitting the first try, he had a great customer service experience and was able to get a replacement sent in the mail.
