Gel Nails with Tips??

Can you get tips put on to add length with gel nails? I’m a nail biter so I need some length added for my wedding nails. I have had tips added and then had dip powder but didn’t like how thick they looked so I wanted to try gel.

I've done this! I also don't like how thick dip ends up and prefer shellac, especially with tips. So, yes! I'd definitely do a trial in advance of your wedding and make sure it's what you're picturing, but totally doable.

I personally am not a fan of any DIY nails. Go to a local nail salon and get gel tips. They put them on just like acrylic nails but they are less damaging to the nail bed and are not thick like acrylic nails but are still strong. I used to be a chronic nail biter before getting the gel tips.

The other option is to have shellac or dip put on regularly in the lead up to the wedding - it basically stopped me from biting my nails altogether eventually - and the natural nail tip grows underneath without being nibbled on.

Hey Michelle! You can get regular polish, gel polish, or the SNS power dip on acrylic tips!!
All of those methods will work! 💅
