Garter, which leg and where?

OOOH! good question... I'm wearing 2... 1 that a family friend hand made for me (even hand made the lace it's gorgeous!) and a 2nd one for the "toss" But I'm not sure if I'll wear them both on same leg or different... I think the toss one for some reason should def. be on my right leg... Maybe becasue I can lift that one higher... LOL my FH picked out the osng he wants for garter toss last night and was doing a silly dance practicing.. I can't wait we're going to have so much fun!

I think when I've seen pictures it always looks like the garter is on the Right leg. But I'm not sure about that. And I've seen where the bride wears 2 (for the same reason Libellule wrote) and they usually are on the same leg, just the one that is for the toss is lower down than the one you want to keep.

I know I want two, I think I'll put the keepsake first the the toss below that one, on my right, It'll be more comfortable that way I think, i was just wondering if there was a tradtition or not

I agree with the right leg. The toss one should be the first one he takes off also I think. I am having a special one ordered for him. We love airboating. So, I am purchasing him an airboat charm and attaching it to his special one.
