Garter or no garter?

SydsMom, on January 19, 2016 at 10:37 PM

We have decided not to do the garter toss/ Bouquet toss. Question is... Should I still get a garter? Sounds silly I know, but two people have asked me this week what garter I was getting and showing me stuff FH would like (sports ones). So now I'm not sure what I should do. Thanks.

Definitely not. I've got enough going on under there with the petticoat and the dress layers. The toss horrifies me; our DJ said it's definitely becoming less common.

We aren't doing any tosses, just not that interested in them.

@dana that's funny. Mom's are weird like that lol.

I may have full om garter belt and stocking set, I'll buy a nice set to add to my existing collection but I'm sure as shit not tossing one. My dress is too tight any way. Lmao.

I'm not doing the toss but still plan on wearing one. I may do pictures but it's really more tradition that I want to have one.

We had them as our something blue, but did not toss them. But you don't have to have them if you don't want to.
