Fyi: Hotel Update for Covid.

I thought you'd want to see this... https://www.latimes.com/travel/story/2020-04-28/travel-hotel-stay-post-pandemic-guest-changes-cleaning?fbclid=IwAR28FtozcorVK0EhgU0xG7J-rkTisnAQUeRGzVwZOChsOwcIaoMPLT0COrg

This is what staying at a hotel is likely to be like after Covid - or once the hotel opens.

Wow, interesting read! Thanks for sharing.

I really miss travel... and Happy Hour at restaurants. ☹️

I've been staying at numerous hotels during Covid-19 for work. We still get room keys, they still clean and the only difference in your room are the little notes explaining what has been sanitized. Yes the bars and restaurants are only good for room service/pick up. The cookie has not been offered at the infamous hotel with the cookies and yes, the last hotel I stayed at that typically offered breakfast was handing out pre-made breakfast bags in the morning. It will all eventually go back to normal but it will take some time.

Interesting. My cousins both work at hotels and were laid off.

I didn't think they were doing much business. But, it sounds like they are preparing for a new normal... I wish them well... and I'm sorry that they have lost their jobs. Smiley heart
