Fun places for engagement shoots

I would suggest looking at local parks. Some parks have gazebos and gardens that would be great for pics.

We did the Atlanta Botanical Gardens! There is a photography fee but if you can manage to find another couple to split it with you, it is more affordable. Note that you all have to take photographs the same day as well. Best of luck!

If you want pictures with natural features Freeman’s Mill is beautiful!! We are going for urban looking pics so we will be going to the Beltline and taking pictures in front of some of the murals and some more “industrial” shots on stairs, etc.

We took pictures at Atlantic Station and the Jackson Street bridge. Both are pretty popular spots with beautiful views!

We are in Marietta but our photographer is based in Griffin so we met at Turnipseed Nursery Farms in Fayetteville for our engagement shoot. It was absolutely worth the drive and the pictures looked amazing! There is a (i think) $25 fee to use their space. It is actually on someone's property but they allow you to come take pictures etc. It has a small lake, a dock, several greenhouses and artsy areas.
