Full service catering vs buffet

Crystal, on June 23, 2015 at 9:03 PM Posted in Planning 0 3

Dickeys it is!! Don't worry I knew $500 was not realistic for food my post was more of a stress rant. FH hasn't done the way I would do things with money but he has asked for my opinion and we are keeping money separate so I have to respect his decisions......but!!! if we have dickeys drop off the food and us set up its $9.50 a person!! If we have full service catering it's $12.50. I'm gonna talk to the DOC to make sure we can handle everything if we do it ourselves. But I'm excited about $9.50!

Less than $10?? What kind of food are you having?

For my peace of mind, I'd definitely go with the full service.

How would you keep the food warm? Who would be in charge of tending to it/replenishing it? We had drop-off catering. I was just sure to have a plan in place without inconveniencing guests by making them work my reception.
