I don’t mean to be too cheap, but I see what florist are charging for fresh flower arrangements! Since what I want is simple, I was wondering if I would do them myself and my friends would help me , just for the center pieces at least ! Where would you get fresh flowers in Shelby township Michigan, besides Costco , because I never see Cala Lillie’s there !! Thanks!

    Absolutely. My venue included the centerpieces, but we are doing the personal flowers ourselves. My mother will run this project. I am ordering everything from Sams Club. Total cost about $330. The florist would have charged me $1500.

    I recommend you do a trial run. You can find these calla Lilly's in most places, make sure they are not crazy out of season the day of your wedding. Good luck!!!

    If you arent opposed to fake flowers, this vendor on Etsy Calla Lilies are gorgous!! We were considering calla lillies at one point, so I ordered a bundle to see what they looked like in person and I was SO impressed!! Plus completely affordable! Roughly $9 for 9!

    Here are my flowers I’m ordering from Sam’s Club. I’m also ordering and extra 50 white roses to use for decor pieces and in case of any flowers come broken. The total for everything is $700. The florist wanted to charge me $1800 for everything.

    I would definitely check the online methods of ordering flowers. I agree those centerpieces are simple enough to put together! I would even look into ordering for pick up from local shops or grocery stores. Do you have wegmans? Check them out as well!
