I'd check The Broke-Ass Bride or The Budget-Savvy Bride or the Offbeat Bride or the Bespoke-Bride sites. I've seen them have free printables of all kinds that are usually really nice. (EDITS: because I kept remembering more sites, haha)

I used Microsoft word and dollar store frames to make my table numbers.

ETA: Also use the DaFont.com
