"Free" Bracelet from BridalClub.co? Anyone heard of this?

So there was an ad from a place called bridalclub.co on my IG feed, and supposedly they will send you a free bracelet for your bridesmaid(s) and all you have to do is pay shipping. So what's the catch? Of course you pay some money for shipping (like $5 for 1 bracelet), but this still seems too good to be true. They are located in Sarasota, FL, not china or anything. Anyone heard of this?

I have done something like this before with a company. They offered a free jar of raw honey if you pay shipping. Little did I know, they stated that 30 days after you ordered the honey, they would be charging you a $60.00 membership fee to be a member and receive exclusive discounts. Be careful. It may be the same thing here judging by the 'Membership' page of their site.

I was so hesitant of this but figured why not and I did it for my 5 bridesmaids and it took awhile which was making me worried that it was fake but the customer support kept in touch with me, after a couple of weeks I ended up getting them I would post a pic but it won’t let me..

I ordered one for my sister and was charged a $15 membership fee today. Please read before ordering. I canceled the membership but too late to get my money back
