Frank question

Does any of the brides have problems with their venue? Like they cancel your original wedding and wouldn’t agree to refund your deposit, but keep insisting reschedule the date? We are in a position that cant go any further with them because of the inconsistency they’ve been telling us and the assumptions they have with us.

Ah I’m sorry to hear, that’s unfortunate! What does your contract say ?

There is a clause in the contract that they would refund under circumstances, but they dont want to admit it, and keep pushing to schedule for the new date. We dont want to reschedule again, because we dont know when will the pandemic gonna last.

I'm sorry about that Alice! I'd just stay firm and clear with them, and try to give a deadline if possible.

I heard that most venues are not refunding the deposits if you cancel completely. Our original date was April 2020 & we postponed to September 2020 & none of our vendors or venues charged us. They transferred over the deposits to the new date.
