Forgotten Things

It's easy to forget things when you have so much on your mind but you can solve that easily by making a list. I forgot to cut the strings off my wedding gown (the strings attached to the shoulder that keep the gown on the hanger). I didn't have a scissor with me and was getting dressed at the hotel. Believe it or not, no one in the hotel had a scissor so they gave my husband a kitchen scissor that he had to promise to return right away!

Yes! Lists are so helpful! I still have to complete my day of timeline (forgot about that for a while), and create a list of my day of items to be put in my bride bag.

What I have noticed being forgotten: license, rings, bouquet(s).

I second license, rings, and bouquet. We almost forgot the rings and bouquets. We did (sort of) forget our license. I thought I had given it to our officiant. I had not. Still don't know what happened to it. Had to get another one after our wedding. Also forgot my something blue (a blue topaz ring) and my something borrowed (garter that belonged to my sister).

Oh yeah we still have to go get our license!

My friend forgot her wedding dress. I thought it was hilarious that she walked out the house and got to the venue without it. Thankfully she had plenty of time to get it

We forgot our cake cutter and ended up using a butter knife. We forgot bags/boxes to pack up everything at the end of the night.

Oh yes! We will definitely need boxes to pack up food and everything else!
