Just trying to make sure I exhaust all resources before making a final decision on a venue. I have an idea of a place to book but want to be certain in my decision

I'm looking for a venue with a forest backdrop for an Oct 2020 wedding, and my venue budget is $3000, so I'm mostly looking at more "nontraditional" venues in a sense, things like museums, parks with a historic building or something in case of rain, that type of thing.
General info:
Max venue budget: $3000
Maximum guest count: 85 people
Expected final guest count: 70 people
Must allow off-list catering/alcohol (we already know who we want to cater and they provide alcohol), and a location that allows for both ceremony and reception is preferred. Ideally ceremony can be indoor or outdoor weather permitting.
I'm new to MA so I don't know of many hole-in-the-wall places or hidden gems. I live in SE MA (near south Boston/Quincy) but wouldn't mind a bit of travel if needed.
Thank you!
