Forehead headpiece?

It really depends on the person, the wedding style, and what they choose. It's kind of like a mermaid or sheath dress. Some people pull them off, some do not. I've seen it a few times through pictures and while some look nice, a lot of them look really really bad. Almost childish dressup-like. I would say try one on and see before you buy.

It can either be really beautiful and well done or look absolutely terrible and out of place. Something like this needs to be done well because unlike a ugly garter or a terrible bracelet - this will stand out and honestly be a focal point so if you do it, do it well.

Some look very Greek Stefana to me.

I've only seen maybe a couple of people that it looks good on. I like more of the "halo" type piece that catlady posted.

But like pps mentioned, attire is one of those "you do you" things.

Funny, a friend of mine just posted her early 90's wedding picture with a floral headpiece across her forehead on Facebook today and all I could think was that it screamed 90's and that I wouldn't have wanted that look then (and didn't have) and I don't want anything on my forehead now. But that just my opinion. You should do whatever makes you feel beautiful!

I think it looks too costume-ish.

So long as the headchain in question isn't appropriating a culture, in terms of design, they're alright.

They're definitely trendy, though. Not knocking people who follow trends or like trends, of course, but I'm actually rather curious to see how they're viewed fashion wise a few years down the road.

Trends fascinate me; watching what's in style and then how it goes out of style and if it ever comes back in style is just interesting to watch, in my opinion.

You'll look back on your pictures the same way you look at 80's wedding veils....they were trendy at the time.

I do not like the look. I think it's silly.

It reminds me of Middle Eastern culture. If that's what you want then go for It. I wouldn't wear one if you paid me.

Definitely depends on your style and the look you're going for. It doesn't fit what I specifically want.

I think it would also give me a headache. But same with headbands. I get headaches easily lol
