For fun --- dream dress post

I’ve been married before but have never had a wedding. I didn’t even know what I wanted so I didn’t have a dream dress. I knew I didn’t want a puffy or a mermaid dress. I love my dress!!

Oh I get that. Different situation but I am 38 and thought I may never get married so finally having the moment is exciting. I love my dress too but I originally set out for a mermaid. I feel my current dress gives me the style of bride I want to be but I am a suck for mermaids. Problem is when you have hips and butt for days you can easily look like a stuffed sausage ha ha.

Yup lol. I mean I have lost 24 lbs and wanna lose a few more but I was advised that A line and ball gown are a safe way to go lol. I carry everything lower so that is the good thing.

I've had this dress pinned for forever, but its a good 3k. I couldn't justify it lol. All of the Studio Levana stuff is gorgeous but spendy.

I wore a mermaid off the shoulder gown. I loved it. But I loved a lot of gowns. This was another favorite, but I decided against it because it had an open back, and I thought it might not work with being supportive.

Soooo, the one on top is the very first dress I pinned to an inspo board on Pinterest.

The second on I absolutely LOVE for the back details as I think you should be just as stunning from behind as from the front.

The last one just took my breath away. I love love love how sexy it is. Sigh

It's not my planning board but I'm a romantic at heart so I've been pinning wedding stuff for forever

Maybe I should see how I could model wedding dresses for a living? Now that would be a dream job

LOL I saved a ton of dresses and if I found one I loved I would pay up to $1000. I see offers in my area where they need models for wedding pictures and if my FH was not so shy I would make him ha ha. I am all about getting dolled up and posing for pics. I think it would be fun.
