For Diy wedding floral arrangements, who could help transport/set up?

Hello! I’m wanting a flower lined aisle and a flower arch for my wedding. The florist I wanted to hire was asking for $11k-15k! If I end up DIY-ing everything instead of using a florist, how does set up/take down work? Should I still hire a florist to help out, pay a coordinator to do it, etc. ? Is there anyone in the DFW area that I can use to help transport, set up/take down floral arrangements for my wedding at a low cost ? Just trying to figure it all out 😅 Thanks!

You can look for a decorator service. Maybe a day-of coordinator would also be able to find someone. Florists might not be inclined to help someone who prepares their own florals.
