My fiancee and I are trying to decide what to have for our country thymed wedding. BBQ ribs and chicken or baked chicken. What do you guys think.

    Personally I think barbecue ribs and chicken can be messy, especially if people are dressed up so I would try to go with something that is a bit easier to eat

    BBQ Ribs and Chicken sounds great to me. Baked chicken can get too dry especially if it's sitting out buffet style.

    Corn bread, corn on cob, grilled veggies, Mac and cheese, mashed potatoes 😍, some different casseroles (whatever you two like obv) fruit salads, pie!

    I would do meat that people can eat in sandwiches. In my experience, ribs & chicken you have to cut up and eat is harder at weddings and parties.
