Food Truck for Late Night Snack

bina1015, on January 7, 2015 at 10:37 AM Posted in Etiquette and Advice 0 7

So I was thinking of getting a food truck for a late night snack for my guests. Has anyone done this before and if so, how did it work out?

Any suggestions on how to contact them and get prices?

I totally wanted to do a food truck...but the trend hasn't hit our area that big and I have no idea how to contact them....plus its gotten to the point that the pricing I have gotten back means an extra $500 that I don't want to spend now that we're under the 5 month mark.

Google food trucks with your city and see what comes up. Also there are apps for your phone that tells which ones are in the area, you could use that to try and find contact info as well

I'm sure you can find their company names online and can find contact info there. I'm sure that it would work out well, given that it's light and you space dinner and the time of the food truck's arrival far enough apart so that you know they're hungry. Super idea!

We have tooooons of food trucks in AZ, but we've been quoted $500 for them just to come out and then roughly $10 a person in top of that. That's just not in our budget.

Ahh I LOVE the food truck trend. We had talked about getting a Taco food truck for late night but our venue does wood fired pizza's for the late night snack - couldn't turn that down! Good luck!

We had a couple do that last summer at their wedding and it turned out awesome! It wasnt super expensive either. We thought about it but our venue has a built in fire pit so we are doing s'mores instead Smiley smile

Love this! I have a friend that did it for their wedding dinner...and another that did a ice cream truck for dessert...I think each of them is awesome and was a total fun surprise for guests.
