My fiancé really wants a food truck to hire for our catering. Does anybody have any suggestions? The wedding will be in Sevierville TN

I personally don't, but as some who has been to events with food trucks, I wouldn't suggest having a food truck for a wedding unless you have a very small guest list. The reason being is they take a while to get the food for everyone. The event we went to (not a wedding) had about 100 people and it took a long time for everyone to get food. A lot of the people were just standing around bored waiting for their food. Other guests were already finished eating by the time some people even got their food because it took so long. Also depending on your venue a food truck might not be practical.
