Just curious anything we should keep in mind for our caterer tastings. Any specific questions to ask or ways to go about the tastings?

We are doing both our tastings in one day due to distance and taking off from work.

Make sure your caterer is able to provide food for those with dietary restrictions (like gluten-free, vegetarian, vegan, etc.). Food for all!

TAKE PICTURES! You'll want them to look at later. Ask as many questions as you can. How many servers do they bring? Do they cook on site? Do they provide vendor meals? Do they provide linen and china rentals? If you don't like something, be honest. You don't have to be rude, but just tell them how you feel. How they react will be a sign of how easy they will be to work with and adjust to your taste.
