We are planning to have only 60 people at our wedding Feb 29th. Every caterer we have tried is expensive where we don't want a wedding anymore. Everything is 500 and up. Please advise..

You won't pay less than $10 per person for food, and that would be very casual food. If you can't afford at least $600, I would host a cake and punch wedding so a very short (1-2 hour) reception outside of meal time.
