Food Dreaming

We are doing a buffet. Appetizers are TBD. First we are having a plated garden salad with 3 different types of dressing. Then for the buffet we are doing chicken picata, roast beef with gravy, mashed potatoes with gravy, fresh green beans, rolls and butter. Then for dessert we are doing cupcakes with red velvet, carrot cake and vanilla with blueberry filing. Along with cookies and these pecan cups. Then for a late night snack we are having a S'mores bar.

Looking forward to the tomato soup shooter with a mini grilled cheese the most. Other apps will be stuffed mushrooms and bruschetta. Dinner is salad starter then diet and chicken Marsala with roasted potatoes and mixed veggies of broccoli carrots and squash. When can bring any desserts from outside and going totally Costco (other than a small wedding cake) that will include their sheet cake, brownie bites, cookies and cupcakes from local bakery. We may do others. Our favor is a yummy cookie with light lemon frosting.

I'm having a DW wedding in Jamaica so quite a few Jamaican dishes and a buffet bbq for dinner.

Low key reception where a few friends and family members are providing finger foods/appetizers.
