Food Catering Trucks - Long Island, New York

Unfortunately, I don't have any recommendations. However, I have been to several non-wedding events with food trucks and I will warn you that unless you hire multiple food trucks that it could take a very long time to have 115 people served their food, which means guests are waiting around for long periods of time to get served. We went to one event with less than 50 people and it took over an hour with one food truck just for everyone to get their food so unless you plan on having a very long reception I would advise against having only one food truck for that many guests.

Food trucks take for.ev.er. to feed people. Even the trucks that have been repeat vendors at fairs and festivals for decades can only feed one person at a time. If you want unique food at a lower cost, have your favorite local Mexican/Chinese, etc restaurant that does corporate catering deliver since they can feed crowds at the same time.

I agree with this. I have been to one food truck wedding and the wait in line was soooooo long. I don't really see the advantage of a food truck for weddings. That said, there may be food trucks who have catered many weddings and have a good system down. I would make sure they have a plan to serve 115 efficiently.
