    A dessert bar sounds awesome!

i personally love cheesecake aha but that's not everyone's forte. so maybe something simple like brownies and cookies

Most dessert bars I have seen have been a big table of many different cakes pre-sliced (cheesecakes, chocolate cakes, sponge cakes etc).

If you wanted to steer clear of the cake route, I would go with individual sized / cup desserts such as brownies, cheesecake cups, donuts, cake pops etc.

I love those tiny eclairs, individual cheesecakes, wedding cupcakes, cookies, individual carrot cakes, you could also do a chocolate fountain with fruit, coffee and tea

Yes, try to go for individual desserts. There's cake pops, brownies, cookies, chocolate covered strawberries, etc. Try looking on Pinterest too!

You mention two sauces and chicken, but are you also serving pasta with those sauces? That would help any vegetarian guests have plenty to eat (not sure if your grandmother's sauce has meat in it). Do you have any vegan guests?

Yes noodles are in those sauses and no meat in either. The chicken it fried chicken though. But its the best chicken around and i love it. Im just wondering if thats enough food options. Or should we add another item.
