Food and Cake Tasting Complete

I'm so excited we had our cake and food tasting today and it went great. One less thing off of our to do list. The last thing is the DJ, but we have time for that. This has been an arduous process even with starting so far in advance. But, things are looking up and hopefully we can coast smoothly the next 15 months and enjoy the rest of the process....fingers crossed!!!

    We decided on a small top layer of lemon for us and then strawberry, red velvet and coffee cupcakes for guests. We're doing a Mardi gras theme so masks and beads in peacock colors will be the design.

    It actually confirmed that we made the right decision. I honestly didn't want to have to go numerous tastings. We did one and that was it....thankfully.
