Fog machine for first dance

Sumaiya, on August 27, 2020 at 12:34 PM Posted in Wedding Reception 0 7
Has anyone used a fog machine for the dancing on the cloud effect for the reception? Was it worth it? Was there residue on the floor after? Any help with this will be appreciated! Thanks!

My friend used it and it looked nice but after they had to get someone to mop the dance floor. That looked awkward aha

I've never used a fog machine, though one thing I wanted to recommend is to confirm with your venue ahead of time that they allow fog machines, just to avoid any potential conflict.

We did the dancing on a cloud with dry ice. Our DJ provided the service. I'd check with you venue to see if you can use a fog machine. Some places, depending on the flooring, may not allow it.

If you use a fog machine use it outside or in a large space. People with allergies and asthma will thank you, plus the fog smells a little weird.

I personally would not recommend this, because guests with asthma could potentially get sick and have to leave the reception.
