Flowers

When do you start Inquiring about bride and bridal party flowers? I don’t even know where to begin when setting a budget. Luckily I want more greenery than actual flowers. What is a good budget!

    Hi Candace,
Most of us on average spend 10 percent of our total budget on flowers, you can secure your date with the florist as early as you want, especially if in prime wedding season.

Really depends on how many arrangements you need. I'm ordering from a wholesale retailer and it's going to be about $300 total. I'm getting 5 nosegays, my bridal bouquet, 9 boutonnieres and 7 corsages. No centerpieces or ceremony decor.

I’d start researching and reaching out to florist now. We started meeting with florist in February 2019 for our October 2019 wedding. You can meet with them and tell them what your vision is and they will be able to quote you prices. Unfortunately, greenery is about the same price as flowers.

Depending on your Budget, limit flowers at the reception will really save money. My florist said what people spend varies greatly due to the amount and type of flower whether it's in season or not

Yes! I’m only using real flowers for myself and the bridal party, mothers, grandparents and fathers. The wedding reception I will be using fake greenery.

Does it look weird not having any flowers at the church? I ask bc the church were having the wedding at is very pretty. I don’t feel like it needs anything 🤷🏻‍♀️
